All of the drinks are healthy and enjoyable alternatives to alcoholic drinks. All of them will count towards your 5-A-Day – a great way to get more fruit and vegetables into your diet. If you’re counting the calories or have one eye on your cholesterol level, some of these drinks will be better for you than others.

Pina Colada
You will need:
- 30ml pineapple juice
- 30ml coconut milk
- 5ml lime juice
- 2 drops of rum essence
- crushed ice
- diced pineapple and cocktail cherries
Here's how to make it:
Blend the ingredients with a cup of crushed ice and serve in a tall glass - garnish with a piece of pineapple and a mocktail cherry.
Tropical Punch
You will need:
- 180ml pineapple juice
- 180ml orange juice
- 2.5 litres of club soda
- 300ml condensed milk
- sliced oranges
Here's how to make it:
Mix the condensed milk and juices in a large punch bowl - add club soda and stir gently. Add ice cubes and garnish with orange slices. Serve chilled in punch cups.
08 Mocktail
You will need:
- 180ml of lime juice
- 90ml of grenadine
- ice cubes and crushed ice
- 90ml sugar syrup
- ginger ale
- sliced orange and cocktail cherries
Here's how to make it:
Place 4-6 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lemon juice, grenadine and sugar syrup over the ice and shake vigorously. Half-fill a small, chilled glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail over it. Top up with ginger ale and serve garnished with a slice of orange and a cocktail cherry.
Beach Blanket Bingo
You will need:
- 90ml cranberry juice
- 90ml grape juice
- club soda
- sliced lime
Here's how to make it:
Combine all of the ingredients together and serve over ice in a highball glass - topped up with soda. Garnish with a slice of lime.
Sue Ellen's Nightmare 
You will need:
- passion fruit juice
- grapefruit juice
- guava juice (equal parts of each)
- crushed ice
- lime wedges
Here's how to make it:
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour over crushed ice - serve in a tall glass garnished with a wedge of lime.
Kon-Tiki
You will need:
- 20ml pineapple juice
- 1 ball orange ice cream or orange sorbet
- a drop of vanilla essence
- 125ml milk
- cola
- sliced pineapple
Here's how to make it:
Shake everything except the cola in a mocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass and top up with cola. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and don't forget the straw.
Florida Mocktail
You will need:
- 60ml grapefruit juice
- 30ml orange juice
- 30ml lemon juice
- 2 dashes golden syrup
- sliced orange
- icing sugar
Here's how to make it:
Shake all of the ingredients together in a mocktail shaker and strain into a highball glass. Top-up with some club soda to create a spritz. Garnish with a slice of orange dusted with icing sugar.
Bucks Fizz
You will need:
- orange juice
- ginger ale
- crushed ice (equal parts of each)
Here's how to make it:
Shake all of the ingredients together in mocktail shaker and serve immediately in a champagne glass.
Batman Mocktail
You will need:
- 180ml orange juice
- 5ml grenadine
- club soda
- brandy essence
- sliced orange
Here's how to make it:
Mix the orange juice, club soda and a few drops of brandy essence together, pour into a short glass and drizzle the grenadine through before serving, garnished with a slice of orange.
Brandy Sour
You will need:
- 30ml lemon juice
- 5ml icing sugar
- brandy essence
- sliced lemon
- lemon flavoured tonic water
- mocktail cherries
Here's how to make it:
Mix the lemon juice, icing sugar and a few drops of brandy essence together with crushed ice and serve in a brandy glass topped up with lemon tonic and garnished with a slice of lemon dusted in icing sugar.
Singapore Sling
You will need:
- 30ml grenadine
- 30ml cassis
- dash of angostura bitters
- club soda
- sliced citrus fruit
Here's how to make it:
Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a slim glass with crushed ice, add the cassis and angostura bitters and slowly top up with club soda. Garnish with an umbrella and citrus fruits slices.
Lip Smacker
You will need:
- tomato juice
- orange juice (equal parts of each)
- dash of tabasco sauce
- dash of lime juice
- chillis and sliced lime
Here's how to make it:
Mix crushed ice and tomato, orange and lime juices in a mocktail shaker pour into a mocktail glass and add a dash of tabasco sauce. Decorate with a chilli and a twisted slice of lime on the edge of the glass.
